Our winemaking team takes great care in crafting this beautiful wine. The fruit was harvested in the cool morning hours and sent directly to press at the winery. The sparkling wine is made using the Charmat Method, which preserves the wine’s fresh fruit character and provides persistent effervescent bubbles.
