This Malvasia Bianca shimmers in the glass with a light golden hue. The nose is bursting with fragrant floral aromas of orange blossom and jasmine, intertwined with fruity notes of white peach, ripe pear, and tropical lychee. On the palate, a hint of honeyed sweetness is balanced by bright, refreshing acidity. Layers of tropical fruit-mango and guava-merge with delicate citrus undertones, leading to a crisp, clean finish. This wine is at its peak when enjoyed young, highlighting its fresh and exuberant fruit character.

Winemaking
Carefully harvested grapes were gently destemmed and
pressed before undergoing a cool, slow fermentation in

moment, the wine retains a touch of sweetness while
showcasing a vibrant, fruit-driven profile with a supple

Vintage
One of the longest growing seasons in over a decade, 2023
offered consistent and mild weather throughout, presenting
above-average crop yields and extended hang-time. Ample
winter and spring rains set the stage for a reinvigorated
vineyard, granting us healthy, saturated soils and full
reservoirs. Bud break arrived nearly a month after what is
typically expected, which led to a delayed set and protracted
flowering, all of which, ultimately, contributed to a delayed
harvest. A mild summer allowed the grapes to mature slowly
and evenly, retain their natural acidity and deliver truly
balanced wines.
