Unveiled on October 2nd at our winery, this initiative underscores our unwavering commitment to sustainability and innovation. By transitioning to wine kegs, we are not only preserving the exceptional Sterling standard of quality and taste but also significantly reducing our environmental footprint.
Our new wine kegs are set to replace thousands of single-use glass bottles and other packaging, marking a substantial step forward in our sustainability journey. In fact, we estimate this program will save approximately 7,000 bottles' worth of wine glasses, helping us contribute to a more sustainable future. Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc in kegs promises to honor our Sterling standard by offering the same exquisite taste and quality that our members and visitors have come to love, now served on property in an eco-friendly format. Don't worry, you will still be able to purchase our Sauvignon Blanc by the bottle at the winery and online. Cheers!
