Blood Orange Brut Mule

'Tis the Season for Sparkling Brut
Savor the holiday spirit with Sterling Vineyards' Blood Orange Brut Mule cocktail. A sparkling blend of our crisp Brut and zesty blood oranges, it's the perfect toast to festive celebrations.
A classic style Brut, pure and delicate citrus quality is the very first impression on the nose. Distinct Eureka lemon flavors on palate entry are followed by a floral, fruitier Meyer lemon finish. Quite crisp and delicious.
Ingredients
Juice of 1/2 a medium blood orange
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1 ounce vodka
8 leaves mint
2 ounces chilled ginger beer
Chilled Sterling California Sparkling Brut for topping
Directions
In a shaker, combine the blood orange juice, lime juice, vodka, and ginger beer.
Shake and pour into a glass, leaving room to add Brut.
Top with the Sterling Brut.
Garnish with blood orange slices and fresh mint.
