Get into brunch mode this Easter by delighting in sweet and savory dual-style pancakes. Imagine your beloved pancake reinvented in four delightful variations.
Begin with a classic pancake batter, transforming a portion of it into scrumptious, sandwich-style waffles using a waffle iron and savory toppings. Simultaneously, treat the remaining batter to a traditional pan-fried experience adorned with fruit and syrup. These diverse combinations harmonize exquisitely with our Carneros Rosé of Syrah.
Hailing from the cooler Carneros AVA, this wine stands out for its richer style and vibrant red fruit aromas. As you sip, your palate will be enticed by flavors that echo the bouquet, enhanced by hints of pomegranate and spice. The wine's multifaceted nature makes it an ideal companion to sweet and savory pancakes. To elevate your Easter celebration, uncork a bottle of our Sparkling Blanc de Blancs or California Brut as you prepare the batter. Raise a toast to a delectable Easter and the arrival of the refreshing spring season.
