Hosting with Rose-Petal Ice Spheres

Ingredients
Ice molds or balloons (depending on the size you prefer)
Fresh, rose petals or flowers
Water
Freezer
A sturdy ice bucket to showcase your Sterling wines
Directions
Select Your Flowers
Ensure the petals are clean and free from any debris, as you want the ice spheres to be as clear as possible.
Assemble in the Mold
Place your roses in the chosen mold, gently arranging the petals to your liking. For ice molds, fill them about halfway or more if you’re using balloons.
Add the Water and Freeze
After the roses are in place, pour water into the mold or balloon over them. Be cautious not to splash and disarrange the petals. This step requires some patience as the freezing process can take several hours or overnight.
Demold and Display
Once the water has solidified, remove the ice balls by gently peeling back the mold or slicing the balloons. You should now have clear ice spheres with embedded roses. Place them in your ice bucket, and when your Sterling Vineyard wine is chilled to perfection, it's time to serve.
