Ingredients
1 bottle of Sterling Malvasia Bianca
1 cup white peach cranberry juice
¼ cup brandy
2 granny smith apples sliced, divided
1 cup cranberries fresh or frozen
2 cinnamon sticks
2- star anise
Rosemary sprigs
Sparking water
Directions
In a large pitcher add white wine, ¼ cup brandy, 1 cup white peach cranberry juice. Stir to combine.
In a large pitcher combine the sliced apple, 1 cup of cranberries, star of anise and cinnamon sticks add to pitcher with the sangria.
Refrigerate the pitcher until ready to serve, we recommend 24 hours to let the flavors meld together, but at least one hour.
Pour sangria into the serving glass. Garnish with the extra fresh fruit and rosemary sprigs. Top glass with sparkling water.
