Ingredients
- 1 750 ml bottle of Sterling 2022 California Sparkling Brut (3 oz per glass needed)
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- Rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
- 1/4 cup sugar to rim each glass (optional)
- Sparkling flutes
Directions
- Start by making a delicious blackberry simple syrup. Heat equal parts sugar and water with fresh blackberries and stir together.
- On a plate, add additional sugar. Coat the rim of your glass by dipping the rim in water and immediately into the sugar.
- Once the mixture is cool, pour the simple syrup into each glass filling 1/4 of the glass.
- Add our Sterling 2022 California Sparkling Brut to each glass.
- Garnish each flute with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
