Winemaking
The Pinot Grigio grapes were picked in the cool hours of the early morning and brought directly into the winery, and sent to press. The grapes were fermented in stainless steel to retain the crisp, fruit-forward flavors of the varietal. The wine is fermented quickly, bottled early, and best enjoyed well chilled in its youth.

Carefully selected fruit from premier vineyards throughout California allow the winemaker to craft the best expression of fine Pinot Grigio. Central California, where the majority of this Pinot Grigio is sourced, offers incredible growing conditions, including long, warm days tempered by cool evenings.
