Pancake Batter

Serves 4 people, simply double or triple each ingredient for a larger crowd.

Ingredients

1 large egg

1 cup self-raising flour

1 cup milk

Sea salt

Directions

1. Crack the egg into a large bowl.

2. Whisk in the flour, milk and a pinch of sea salt until thick and creamy.

3. Separate into two batches, one for the stove and one for the waffle iron.
