Oak Knoll Chardonnay and White Chicken Chili

The Oak Knoll district is right at the mouth of the Napa Valley and is known for the type of classic, golden chardonnays that Napa is so well known for. This is the chardonnay lover’s chardonnay, with an ultra-creamy and round mouthfeel and robust notes of oak spice and vanilla. Its match on game day is another satisfying classic—white chicken chili. The creaminess of the chili rounds out the bright acidity in the wine and the combination of cream cheese and shredded cheese is indulgent without being overwhelming. Serve with cilantro, citrus wedges, and maybe even sliced jalapeno to create an even more dynamic flavor profile.

Blanc de Blancs and Coca-Cola Chicken Wings
