Where do I park? Where should I go when I arrive?
At the bottom of the hill, below the winery, there is parking available. Guests will park in these lots, and then proceed to the Welcome Center where you can check in.
Do I need to wear a mask?
Yes, masks are required when visiting Sterling Vineyards. Guests will be briefed on Safety & Sanitation procedures when on property and will be instructed as to when masks can be removed for tasting. Our team will be wearing masks during all guests interactions, when they are in publicly accessible spaces and when they are not able to safely maintain 6-ft of distance from others.
Are reservations required?
At this time, to assist with Social Distancing and maintaining a safe occupancy on property, reservations are strongly encouraged for all experiences. A very limited number of walk in appointments are available on a daily basis, however, weekend days have consistently “sold out” with reservations.
How early should I arrive for a tasting?
We encourage you to be at our aerial tram at least 15 minutes before your tasting so that you can arrive at the top of the hill on time.
What if I am late for my tasting?
Please call us right away. We do tasting by appointment only and are generally able to accommodate guests (weekends and holidays being more difficult and not guaranteed). Any missed or late appointments may be asked to move to a later time slot if available.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that all appointments be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. With limited availability we consistently have a waiting list, especially on weekends and holidays.
Are children allowed at Sterling Vineyards?
Currently, Sterling Vineyards offers a Family Experience on our Diamond Mountain Plaza, Friday – Sunday at 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. All other experiences, including our Club Experience, are open to guests 21+ at this time.
Can I bring my pet to Sterling Vineyards?
No pets are permitted on property at this time. Licensed and Trained Service Dogs are permitted.
Can I bring outside food or beverage on property?
Outside food and beverage is not permitted on property. Food selections are available in our Silver and Club Experiences. Non-alcoholic beverages are available in our retail shops. Complimentary bottles of water are available for all tastings.
